Everything revolves around objects

In ReserveBee you work with "objects": anything that can be reserved. A padel court, a sloop, a treatment chair, a meeting room or a complete hall. You set the rules per object:

• Set a minimum and maximum advance booking time, so customers never book too late or too far ahead
• Define on which days and times an object is available, per season or per week
• Add variants with their own price, duration or description, such as 30 or 60 minute sessions
• Bundle multiple objects, separate objects are blocked automatically
• Supports multiple languages, so international customers book in their own language

Example: from beach court to soccer field

A beach volleyball club rents out multiple courts that can each be reserved. But the club also rents out a beach soccer field, which consists of several volleyball courts combined. In ReserveBee you create a bundle for that: when someone books the full soccer field, both beach courts are then blocked instantly. The same applies the other way around. Double renting becomes technically impossible, without you keeping track of anything.
